Industrial Internal of Things (IIoT) products and services collect a large amount of data including those related to users. This collected data are stored either locally on the smart devices or in the cloud. Although Internet of Things (IoT) expansions promise enormous benefits in productivity and efficiency, these devices often lack the security requirements we have become used to in the domain of desktops and server computing. Therefore, processing such large-scale IoT data can also lead to many security issues such as intrusion attacks, data leakage, user privacy, and traceability. This book presents substantial contributions to research on building a scalable, real-time IoT security framework. This book provides several novel strategies for identifying and authenticating devices, detecting network-known and zero-day attacks against IoT devices, and detecting malware executables targeting IoT and embedded systems. In this book, we consider three security aspects: IoT device identification and authentication, network traffic intrusion detection, and executable malware file detection.

Легкий итальянский самолет Caproni Ca-2 (1910) После аварии своего первого самолета итальянский авиаконструктор Джованни Батиста Капрони (Giovanni Battista Gianni Caproni) занялся строительством второго биплана, получившего наименование Ca.2. Эта машина в целом очень напоминала предшественника, а ее главным отличием была силовая установка - вместо ненадежного 25-сильного двигателя Miller на новый самолет установили четырехцилиндровый 50-сильный Rebus (впрочем как оказалось, он был не на много надежне). Строительство Ca.2 было окончено летом 1910 года, а 12 августа Уго Табатчи (Ugo Tabacchi) в первый раз поднял его в небо. Самолет поднялся на 50 метров и пролетел довольно приличную дистанцию. Однако отсутствия опыта у пилота и тут подвело - неудачная посадка привела к серьезной поломке машины. Табатчи и в этот раз (первый полет на предыдущем самолете - Ca.1 тоже завершился неудачной посадкой) отделался легким испугом, но вторая авария не прошла даром, поставив крест на его летной карьере

«Цемент» — роман русского писателя Фёдора Гладкова, классическое произведение социалистического реализма и один из первых образцов советского «производственного романа». Написан в начале 1920-х годов, опубликован в 1925 году. Последующие издания дорабатывались автором, причём в основном переработка состояла в стилистическом и художественно-образном упрощении текста. Роман многократно переиздавался в СССР вплоть до 1990-х годов, и был переведён на десятки мировых языков. Неоднократно подвергался цензуре в соответствии с меняющейся политической конъюнктурой, все издания романа до 1932 года включительно (несколько сотен тысяч экземпляров) были массово изъяты в середине 1930-х годов.
